Common information he Integrated Rural Development Project (IRDP) in the Kyrgyz Republic is a rural development project implemented by Good Neighbors in the Kyrgyz Republic with financial support from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). Following the successful implementation of Phase 1 (2021–2025), the project is entering Phase 2 (2026–2030) with an expanded scope and geographic coverage. IRDP Phase 2 will be implemented in Osh, Batken, and Jalal-Abad Regions, aiming to promote inclusive and sustainable rural development through locally driven approaches and strengthened institutional capacity. The key strategic directions of Phase 2 include: Establishing a locally-led and sustainable rural development implementation system Enhancing women’s rights and participation in rural development Promoting sustainable income generation Strengthening rural development implementation capacity The project office of Good Neighbors in the Kyrgyz Republic, based in Osh, is currently recruiting local staff to support the implementation of IRDP Phase 2. Qualification requirements Necessary Knowledge & Skills Video Production & Editing: Hands-on experience in filming, editing, and producing short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) and project story videos using tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere. Plan, schedule, and publish regular SNS content (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram) to boost project visibility in accordance with Good Neighbors brand guidelines. Write engaging captions, project updates, and field stories in Kyrgyz and English.
