Qualification requirements Necessary Knowledge: - Experience in a bank or microcredit company for at least 3 years in a similar position; - Experience in the accounting department of financial and credit institutions supervised by the NBKR, for at least 8 (eight) years; - 10 or more years of experience preferred. - Knowledge of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic regarding accounting at enterprises and regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic; - Availability of advanced training certificates in accounting; - Knowledge of banking accounting software and 1C accounting; including knowledge of Microsoft Windows Word and Excel applications, ability to use electronic accounting programs; skills in searching for information on the Internet; - Distinctive analytical skills; - Excellent knowledge of Russian, knowledge of English and Kyrgyz languages are welcome; - Initiative, responsibility, accuracy; -Active life position and excellent communication skills; - Self-discipline, initiative and teamwork skills Necessary educational background (related major): - Professional higher education; - Experience in a bank or microcredit company for at least 3 years in a similar position; Required work experience: - Experience in the accounting department of financial and credit institutions supervised by the NBKR, for at least 8 (eight) - 10 or more years of experience preferred. Duties Managing MCC Accounting: - Implementation of control over the accounting and reporting of the Company in accordance with the Accounting Policy of the Company; - Organization of timely preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements of the Company; -Analysis of the Company’s income and expenses, recommendations for increasing the efficiency and rationality of the Company’s expenses; -Management of the Company’s current account system, provision of profitable banking services for the Company; -Accounting for transactions on the Company’s income and e-xpense accounts; -Accrual and accounting of wages and other payments to the Company’s employees in accordance with the approved staffing schedule and timesheet; -Carrying out accounting, deductions of social payments and s-submission of reports to the Social Fund; -Accrual of taxes and their timely transfer to the State Tax Service accounts. Preparation and submission of reports to the State Tax Service; -Ensuring timely preparation and submission of regulatory reports to the NBKR; -Ensuring timely preparation and submission to the State Organisation of quarterly and annual reporting forms; -Providing necessary reporting and support for all scheduled and unannounced inspections by government agencies and independent audit companies; -Accounting for administrative and business operations of the Company; -Accounting of primary documents on the Company’s capital; -Accounting for the formation of a reserve to cover potential credit and leasing losses and damages (RPPL) in accordance with the orders of the relevant departments; -Identification and processing of suspicious transactions for the purpose of CFT/ML in accordance with the regulatory documents of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and the internal regulatory documents of the Company, etc. Conditions Only Good Neighbors International application form (Please, fill up the application form attached below the vacancy announcement) shall be considered for th
